Customs Clearance

Import and export of cargo is regulated by law. Any goods crossing the state border undergo customs clearance procedure. Arranging shipment begins with the preparation of necessary documents:

• international trade contract concluded with the supplier or manufacturer drawn up in two languages, additional agreements;
• invoice with the list of products, their quantity and price;
• packing list;
• air waybill;
• declaration with the correct CN FEA (Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity (HS)) codes;
• permit documents, certificates of compliance, veterinary, phytosanitary certificates, licenses;
• transportation services agreement;
• receipts for payment of customs duties;
• insurance policy.

Documents shall be submitted in advance to the authorized body, the declaration shall be registered. If there are inaccuracies in the documents, or if the customs officer finds other violations, the consignment is detained until their elimination.
